Cosy lounge with solid fuel stove in feature fireplace plus a modern electric wall heater. We have two leather Chesterfield sofas and a matching wing back chair, coffee tables, TV with digital channels and DVD player.

Next to the lounge is a separate dining room with original cast iron range with fan heater incorporated, a large pine dining table with six chairs, a corner cupboard with books, games etc. Under stairs storage for coats, shoes, high chair and laundry equipment.

This leads to a modern well equiped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, cooker with oven, hob and extractor, large fridge freezer, microwave etc.

The back door leads out to a small back yard (a sun trap in the afternoon)with patio furniture, retractable washing line and potted plants.

On the first floor is a spacious double bedroom with a built in wardrobe, dressing table, cast iron fireplace, black cast iron and brass bedstead with memory foam mattress and small TV. Separate toilet on the landing.

The second floor has a double bedroom with memory foam mattress, wardrobe, dressing table, and beamed ceilings.

The third bedroom also has beamed ceilings, twin beds with memory foam mattress, wardrobe, dressing table, small TV and video.

The property is fully double glazed.
