All our guests are welcomed with a tray containing tea, coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits and at the moment my home made strawberry jam.

Large fridge / freezer, electric cooker with grill, oven and extractor fan, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Colour TV with digital channels and DVD player. Radio/CD player.

Heating by way of solid fuel stove and modern electric wall heaters - no extra charges for electricity.

Bed linen and tea towels are provided; bath towels are available to hire.

A high chair and child gate are provided.

Non-smokers only.

On street parking in the High Street. Small back yard with sitting out furniture and washing line.

Change over day is usually a Saturday after 2pm, this is flexible, depending on time of year.

Departure before 10 am.
